Insulation Types

1) MONOGLASS (THERMAL) SEAMLESS SPRAY-ON INSULATION:
This seamless inorganic system provides high thermal ‘R’ values from (R1-R6) Monoglass insulation is non combustible and non toxic. It has a 37% recycled content (green building status) and does not support mould growth or insect infestations. Monoglass insulation is very economical because of its fast method of application. Monoglass comes in five colours for all types of thermal insulation project requirements.
Applications: underside of concrete floors, walls, ceilings and voids, roofs, ducting (HVAC) and supporting bond deck floor systems.

2) SONOGLASS SPRAY-ON ACOUSTIC SOUND PROOFING
This seamless system is for acoustic applications for controlling sound in buildings with a problematic noise environment. Sonoglass acoustic applications carry a high STC (sound transmission class) and NRC (noise reduction coefficient) in reducing noise reverberation over the entire frequency ranges (Hz). Sonoglass has low compressive strength glass fibres to produce noise reduction coefficients greater than many other insulations and uses minimal application of acoustic Sonoglass coating (compared to other insulators) and comes in four standard colours for a finished applied acoustic insulation.
Applications: offices and retail shops, auditoriums, theatres, factories, gymnasiums and sports facilities, restaurants, night clubs, television and film studios.

3) MASCOAT INDUSTRIAL THERMAL COATING
Mascoat Industrial is used for thermal retention, personal protection, and anti-condensation. The coating is capable of producing dramatic temperature differentials on surfaces from sub-zero to 260ºC. This coating is Class A fire rated and considered a fire retardant by Lloyd’s register.
Applications: pipes, valves, holding tanks, boilers, heat exchangers

4) WEATHERBLOC EXTERIOR COATING:
WeatherBloc thermal insulating coating is specifically designed for exterior application on roofs, buildings and homes. In addition to insulating WeatherBloc has an elestomeric seal to help protect surfaces. This product is formulated from the best cross-linking acrylic systems to provide insulation and protection for years to come. WeatherBloc is warranted for 10 Years. This product is UL listed and is Class A fire rated.
Applications: roofs, roof voids, walls, cool rooms, tanks
